These are two of my favorite SF films and it has been a long time since I've seen either on a big screen. Looking forward to this.

***2:00 pm Barry Longyear reads his story "Dreams" from his collection, It Came From Schenectady. Afterward will be a question and answer period which will be followed by book signings, a suitable collection of his works will be available for sale at the signing (just in case you forgot your copies).
The Schenectady County Historical Society has put together an exhibit showing the county's contributions to the science-fiction genre over the decades that ought to be interesting and worth your time. After my other duties I expect to be propped up in a corner behind a card listing me as "SF Scribus Americanus."
